Connect Notion, Granola or Circleback So Revnu Can Read Your Docs
How to connect Notion, Granola or Circleback in Connections > Learn Your Business, how to choose which Notion pages Revnu can read, what to ask once it's connected, and what Revnu can and can't do with your docs and meeting notes.
Connect Notion, Granola or Circleback and Revnu can read your docs and meeting notes when a task needs them. It only reads. It never edits a page or a note.
How do I connect Notion?
Open Connections
Open Connections in the sidebar. Scroll to Learn Your Business and find the Notion row.
Press Connect
Press Connect on the Notion row. Notion's own screen opens.
Pick the pages Revnu may read
Choose the pages that describe your business: your ICP or customer profile, pricing, positioning, roadmap, sales notes.
Allow access
Allow access. You come back to Connections, and the Notion row says Connected with your workspace name.
Revnu sees only the pages you picked, and the pages inside them.
Tip
To share more pages later, press Disconnect on the Notion row, then Connect again and pick the extra pages.
What should I ask Revnu once Notion is connected?
Revnu reads Notion when you ask, or when a task calls for it. It doesn't copy your whole workspace in. Ask for what you want by name:
Read our ICP doc in Notion and tell me what should change in Who We Sell To.
Check Product Facts against the pricing page in Notion and tell me what's out of date.
Read the last three customer call notes in Notion and pull out the phrases buyers used to describe the problem.
What's on our roadmap for this quarter? Don't pitch anything that isn't shipped.
When Revnu proposes new text for Memory, check it in Settings > Memory. If it isn't there in the words you want, paste it in yourself and save. See Update Who We Sell To from your own documents.
How do I connect Granola or Circleback?
Find the row
Open Connections. The Granola and Circleback rows are in the same Learn Your Business group.
Connect and allow access
Press Connect, sign in and allow access.
Check the row
The row says Connected.
What Revnu can read:
Granola: your personal and public workspace notes, with transcripts and summaries.
Circleback: your meetings and meetings shared with you, with transcripts and summaries.
Revnu reads them on demand. It doesn't watch for new meetings as they happen. Ask, for example:
What objections came up most in last month's sales calls?
Read my call with Acme yesterday and draft a follow-up email.
Which features did prospects ask for that we don't have?
To check where an answer came from, ask Revnu which meeting it read. A follow-up email it drafts follows your approval settings, so with One-Off Emails on Ask Me First it waits in Review.
If your Granola notes sync into Notion, connecting Notion is enough. Revnu can read them there.
What you'll see
Each connected row shows Connected. Notion also shows your workspace name.
Nothing changes in Notion, Granola or Circleback. Revnu only reads.
If it doesn't work
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| The row says Needs Reconnect | The connection expired. Press Reconnect and allow access again |
| Revnu says it can't find a Notion page | You didn't pick that page when you connected. Disconnect, connect again and include it |
| Revnu can't find a meeting | For Granola, the note may be private to someone else's workspace. For Circleback, the meeting has to be yours or shared with you. Check the meeting is there in the app |
| Revnu didn't use your doc | It reads on demand. Name the doc in your message: "read the doc called Positioning 2026 in Notion." |
