Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads

You don't need a Meta ad account for anything in Revnu today. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads are in a pilot: only accounts on the pilot list can connect them. If you don't see a Meta Ads row in Connections > Advertise, your account isn't on the list. There is no setting to change and nothing to approve.

Why isn't Meta in my Connections?

Meta hasn't approved Revnu's app to manage ad accounts for customers yet. Until it does, Revnu can only connect Meta for the accounts in the pilot. The row stays hidden for everyone else.

We don't give a date for wider access. The approval is Meta's decision.

If Meta was why you signed up

What can Revnu do for Meta meanwhile?

• Write your Meta ads. Ask in chat. Revnu writes the copy and can make on-brand images in Facebook and Instagram sizes: square, 4:5 portrait, and 9:16 for Stories and Reels. You upload them and launch them yourself in Meta Ads Manager.

• Talk through audience and creative ideas in chat, from what it knows about your business and buyers.

• Run the channels you can connect today. Google, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Microsoft and TikTok Ads all connect from Connections > Advertise. See how Revnu runs your ads.

• Get customers without ads. Revnu also finds buyers and reaches them by email and LinkedIn, and gets you into search and AI answers.

What it can't do outside the pilot: connect your Meta ad account, launch or change Meta campaigns, or read their results. It can't see how the ads you launched yourself are doing, so it can't tell you which to scale or cut.

Questions about Meta

I sell products online. Where should I start instead?

Start with Google Ads. People searching for what you sell see your ad while they look. Performance Max also runs image ads across YouTube, Gmail and Google's Display network. I don't have a Meta ad account. What do I do?

Nothing, for now. Nothing in Revnu needs one. If you want to run the ads Revnu writes, create an ad account in Meta Ads Manager with your own Facebook login and add a payment method. Revnu can't create Meta ad accounts.

For pilot accounts

If you're in the pilot, press Connect on the Meta Ads row in Connections > Advertise, then choose the ad account. Revnu builds campaigns paused, and nothing launches until you approve. Revnu also reads the ads you made yourself in Meta Ads Manager and reports them next to its own, but never changes them.

If the row says "Meta Ads pilot access is off", your account left the pilot. You can disconnect it.
