Your Results: What Each Number Means
What the This Week numbers on Home count, what sent, delivered and bounced mean, whether replies include out-of-office, why high opens with no replies happen, how to ask for a campaign read-out, and what the lead score means.
Every number Revnu shows you counts an outcome, not effort. Replies, not emails sent. Clicks on your posts, not posts written. You can see them in three places: the This Week strip on Home, the Leads page, and any answer you get when you ask Revnu "how did it go?".
What the This Week numbers on Home mean
This Week shows up to three numbers, one for each channel you run. Each one covers the last seven days, including today, next to the same number for the seven days before.
| Tile | What it counts | Where it links |
|---|---|---|
| Replies | People who wrote back to your outreach emails this week, including people who said no. Email only: LinkedIn replies are in Inbox > LinkedIn. The line under it says how many emails went out. | Leads |
| Search Clicks | Clicks from Google search to the posts Revnu wrote, once Search Console is connected. | Visibility |
| Blog Views | Views on your Revnu-hosted blog. It shows instead of Search Clicks when Search Console isn't connected. | Visibility |
| AI Visibility | How often ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity mention you in answers, over the last seven days. | Visibility |
A channel with nothing measured this week is left out rather than shown as 0. So a brand-new account sees no strip at all. That means nothing has gone out yet, not that Revnu is broken. What to expect, and when lists what usually holds up the first send.
Ads results are not in this strip. They live on the Ads page. See Read your ads results.
Ask for any period up to 31 days
The strip is fixed to this week. For anything else, ask Revnu where you talk to it:
"Any replies since last Friday? Who were they?"
"Replies and interested replies since I started."
"LinkedIn invites sent and accepted this week."
Revnu reports measured numbers for any window up to 31 days, compared with the same length of time just before it, and it can tell you who replied. "Since I started" works the same way while your account is under 31 days old. For longer periods, ask for each month in turn.
How do I ask for a campaign read-out?
Ask for the four numbers together. Copy this and change the window:
For the last 30 days, how many emails went out, how many people replied, how many were interested and how many said no? Then list who was interested.
Revnu answers with the counts and the names. A read-out looks something like this. It's an illustration of the shape, not real data:
Last 30 days: 240 emails went out to 120 people. 9 replied. 3 were interested: the head of ops at a freight company wants a call, a founder at a design studio asked for pricing, and a buyer at a clinic group asked for a case study. 4 said no, 1 was out of office and 1 asked to be removed.
Yours names the actual people who were interested, with numbers from your own account. To see one sequence on its own, open it: on Leads, pick the campaign, then click the steps pill next to it (for example 3 Steps). The top of the sequence window shows People, Queued, Sent, Opened, Replied and Bounced for that sequence since it started. The Recipients view, in the … menu, shows where each person is.
What do sent, delivered and bounced mean?
Sent: the email left your mailbox. The lead shows Sent on the Leads page.
Delivered: the other side's mail server accepted it. Revnu doesn't get a receipt for this. An email that was sent and didn't bounce was delivered. Whether it landed in the inbox or the spam folder is something no sender can see. See Will Revnu's emails land in spam?.
Bounced: the other side's mail server refused it, usually because the address doesn't exist. The lead shows Bounced, and nothing more goes to that address.
Too many bounces pause an inbox for a while to protect it.
What counts as a reply
A reply is a message a person wrote back to one of your outreach emails. A reply is not the same as interest. Revnu reads each reply and labels what it means:
| Label | What the person said |
|---|---|
| Interested | Wants a call, a demo or pricing, or asked a real question about what you sell. |
| Not interested | Said no, not now, or "I'll keep you in mind". |
| Referral | Pointed you to someone else. |
| Out of office | Away, on leave, back on a date. |
| Unsubscribe | Asked to be removed. |
| Other | Anything else, such as a bounce notice or someone pitching you. |
| Unclear | Revnu couldn't tell with confidence. It leaves these out of the interested count. |
So the Replies number includes people who said no and people who asked to be removed. That's why a decent reply count can sit next to very few real conversations. To see the split, ask "How many of this week's replies were interested?" The interested count is Revnu's own tally from these labels. There is no Interested status on the Leads page.
Revnu doesn't read your calendar. It counts a booked meeting when you tell it one happened, or, for ads, when your booking tool reports it through outcomes.
Does the reply count include out-of-office?
Mostly no. Revnu leaves out automatic replies it can spot from the email itself, such as auto-responders. An out-of-office message can still get through now and then, and when it does, Revnu labels it Out of office rather than counting it as interest. Ask for interested replies when you want the real conversations.
Why opens are a weak signal
Treat open rates with suspicion. Email apps and company security scanners open messages on their own, before or without a person ever looking. Revnu sorts each open and click into likely human, ambiguous and automated, and only counts likely-human opens as opens. Ask "How many likely-human opens, ambiguous opens and automated opens this week?" to see all three.
Judge outreach by replies and interested replies.
Why is my open rate high but nobody replies?
Three usual reasons, in the order to check them:
Many of the opens aren't people. Email apps and security scanners open messages on their own. Ask "how many of this week's opens were likely human?"
The email gives no reason to answer. If people really are reading, the ask is unclear or the email is about you rather than them. Ask Revnu to rewrite the weakest step, usually the first email or its subject, rather than waiting another week.
It's reaching the wrong people. Read a few leads on Leads and their scores. If they don't look like your buyers, fix Who We Sell To in Settings > Memory.
Revnu also looks at what's running each day and drafts a replacement when a sequence is losing.
Why your account shows no opens at all
Open and click tracking needs a tracking address on the domain your emails are sent from. Revnu sets this up on its own for the sending inboxes it buys for you. If you only send from your own Gmail or Outlook on your company domain, there is usually no tracking address, so there are no opens to show.
To check:
Open the Agent tab
Go to Settings, then the Agent tab.
Find Email Open & Click Tracking
Look for the Track New Sends box on the right of that card.
Read what the box says
If Track New Sends is greyed out, hold your pointer over it. "Tracking is not configured for this account." means tracking isn't available for your sending addresses. Your replies are still counted.
If the box can be ticked, it turns tracking on or off for future emails. Emails already sent stay as they were.
Tracking sends your outreach as HTML instead of plain text, which can slightly affect deliverability. You can turn it off any time.
What the lead score means
The Score column on the Leads page is a 0 to 100 rating of how well a company fits the customers you described. Revnu gives it while researching the lead, and the short reasons beside it say why. Green is 80 and above, amber is 60 to 79. Some leads show "Unscored", because not every list gets scored.
Note
It is a fit score. It doesn't predict who will reply.
Sort by it. Click the Score header. The first click puts the highest scores on top.
Change it. You can't edit a score, or any lead field, on the Leads page. If the scores look wrong, fix the Who We Sell To section in Settings > Memory, then ask Revnu to re-score the list.
Sent, drafted and queued: where today's emails are
Each lead on the Leads page has a status. The tabs across the top filter by it.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Prospects | Found, not ready to email yet. |
| Qualified | Fits, not written to yet. |
| Drafted | Email written. It may be waiting for your approval in Review. |
| Sending | Approved and in the sending queue. It hasn't all gone out yet. |
| Sent | Left your mailbox. |
| Replied | They wrote back. |
| Declined | Ruled out. See Where is my email? for what lands here. |
| Bounced | The address didn't accept the email. |
Sending is not Sent. Revnu spaces emails out, so an approved batch leaves over hours, sometimes days. For an exact count, ask "How many emails went out today, and how many are still queued?"
Why fewer emails went out than you asked for
Most short days come down to one of these:
Inbox limits. On Pro, your own Gmail or Outlook sends up to 50 emails a day and 20 an hour per inbox, so one inbox can't send more than 50 in a day. Inboxes Revnu buys start at a few a day, climb as they warm up, and send on weekdays only. See how many emails Revnu sends a day.
Approval. Anything still in Review hasn't been sent. Your first sequence always waits for you.
Address checks. Every address is checked before sending. Addresses that fail are skipped, even after you approved the email. If the check itself is down, sends wait until it's back.
A sending pause. Too many bounces, or the email provider pushing back, pauses an inbox for a while to protect it.
Ask "Why did fewer go out today than planned?" and Revnu will give you the count and the reason. If it says the hold is on Revnu's side, see get help. More on the statuses in Where is my email?
What about people who said no?
They stay under Replied until they're filed. How to move them to Declined, and what Declined means, is in Where is my email?. When someone asks to be removed, Revnu adds them to your block list. See Keep people off your outreach.
