How Do I Delete My Revnu Account and Data?
There's no delete button. Cancel your trial or plan in Settings > Account, disconnect Gmail and LinkedIn, then email support@revnu.com from your sign-in address asking to delete your account. Whether you'll be charged, what deletion covers, and which of Revnu's emails stop.
There's no delete button in the dashboard. You cancel your plan, disconnect your accounts, then email us to delete the rest. Revnu answers deletion requests within 30 days.
If you never added a card, nothing is charged when your trial ends. You can still ask for your data to be deleted.
Will I be charged if I just stop using Revnu?
Not if you never added a card. A trial that started without a card ends at its end time, Revnu stops, and nothing is charged. To check, open Settings > Account. If the plan card says "Add a card to keep Revnu working", there's no card on the account.
If you did add a card, or your offer started on the paid plan, stopping using Revnu doesn't stop billing. Cancel first (step 1 below).

Warning
Deletion can't be undone. Posts on the Revnu-hosted blog, or on a site that loads them from Revnu through the Content API, can stop showing once your data is deleted. Save a copy of anything you want to keep first.
Cancel your trial or plan
Open Settings > Account and press Cancel Trial or Cancel Plan. A trial cancels in one step, and you're not charged. A paid plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. See Cancel your trial or plan. On the YC deal, write to yc@revnu.com instead.
Stop the work now
Cancelling doesn't stop Revnu until the end date. Say "pause" to Revnu to cancel email still waiting to send. If Revnu runs ads for you, ask it to "pause all my ads", or pause them in the ad platform. See Pause or stop everything.
Disconnect your accounts
In Connections, press Manage on the Gmail or Outlook row, then Disconnect. Do the same on the LinkedIn row. Each person disconnects the mailbox or LinkedIn they connected. Your own Gmail, Outlook and LinkedIn accounts aren't touched.
Email us to delete it
Email support@revnu.com from the address you sign in to Revnu with. Write "delete my account" and your business name. Sending from that address lets us match the request to your account. If you want a copy of anything, such as your leads or posts, ask in the same email.
You'll get a reply by email. Requests are answered within 30 days.
What gets deleted?
Revnu's privacy policy sets this out:
You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time, and Revnu responds within 30 days.
Revnu keeps data while your account is active, and for a limited time afterwards where it's needed to run the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
Disconnecting an integration stops Revnu using it straight away. Cached data from that integration is deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period.
Slack data Revnu stored is deleted within 30 days of your request.
Cancelling on its own deletes nothing. Your leads, Memory and posts stay on the account, and there's no set period after which a cancelled account is deleted. Deletion happens when you ask for it.
Posts that Revnu sent to your repo as pull requests are in your own code and stay. Hosted-blog and Content API posts can stop showing, as the warning above says. To keep your leads, see Can I take my leads with me?
Which of Revnu's emails stop?
Billing emails. Payment-failed and paused emails stop once there's nothing left to pay. The "add a card" email on a no-card trial doesn't come once you've cancelled.
Welcome emails from your first five days don't stop when you cancel. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of them. They stop for good once your account is deleted.
Updates from Revnu in Slack, iMessage or the dashboard stop when your access ends. Messages you send after that get one reply a day saying Revnu is paused.
Revnu's outreach to your prospects stops when your access ends. Saying "pause" stops queued email sooner. Live ads need their own step, set out in Pause or stop everything.
