How Revnu Keeps Your Emails Out of Spam

How Revnu lands your emails in the inbox and protects your domain. It builds and warms up dedicated sending inboxes, paces every mailbox with smart limits, checks every address before it sends, and pauses a mailbox the moment anything looks off.

Revnu is built to land your emails in the inbox and keep your domain's reputation spotless. You don't need to know anything about deliverability. Revnu handles all of it, from buying and warming up your sending inboxes to pacing every email and pausing a mailbox the moment anything looks off.

How does Revnu keep my emails out of spam?

Every email goes through the same protections:

  • Dedicated sending inboxes. Revnu buys domains that look like yours, sets up proper sending inboxes on them and warms them up before they send a single cold email. Your real domain stays untouched.

  • Smart sending limits. Each inbox sends a few emails a day, spread out through business hours, the way a real person sends. Volume grows by adding inboxes, never by pushing one harder.

  • Every address checked first. Revnu verifies each address before sending and holds back any that would bounce, so your bounce rate stays low.

  • Real-time monitoring. Revnu watches bounces, provider refusals and sending errors on every mailbox, and pauses one automatically the moment the numbers move.

  • Instant stops. A reply, a bounce or an unsubscribe ends that person's sequence straight away.

  • Plain, personal copy. Every email is written for one person, with no spammy templates or link-stuffed blasts.

Inbox placement is decided by Google and Microsoft, and no one can control their filters. What Revnu controls is every signal those filters read: sending pace, bounce rate, domain setup and copy. It keeps all of them in the healthy range for you.

What does Revnu set up for me?

When you approve sending inboxes, Revnu does the whole setup:

  1. Buys lookalike domains

Domains close to your brand, such as your name with "get" or "try" in front. Anyone who visits one is sent on to your real website.

  2. Creates the inboxes

Proper sending mailboxes on those domains, with names that match your team.

  3. Sets up authentication

SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, so receiving mail servers can confirm the emails really come from you.

  4. Warms them up

Each new inbox goes through warm-up and delivery checks in the background before it sends any outreach. Meanwhile Revnu builds your lead list and gets your sequence ready, so you're ready to go the moment warm-up ends.

Revnu pays for the domains and inboxes within your plan's monthly limit, and nothing is bought until you approve the proposal in Review. See sending inboxes Revnu buys.

How many emails does each inbox send?

Inbox Daily pace
Sending inboxes Revnu sets up 3 a day each by default, never more than 5, on weekdays inside business hours
A Gmail or Outlook mailbox you connect (Pro) Up to 50 a day and 20 an hour, at least a minute apart

Need more volume? Revnu adds inboxes rather than pushing any one of them harder, which is the safest way to grow. See how many emails Revnu sends a day.

Can I send from my own Gmail or Outlook?

Yes, and it can send the same day. Revnu applies the same smart limits, address checks and monitoring to a mailbox you connect.

Option When it can send Best for
Your main work address The same day Getting started fast, at a few emails a day
A second mailbox on a separate domain you own The same day Same-day sending, kept apart from your main domain
Sending inboxes Revnu sets up After warm-up Growing volume with your real domain fully protected

Most customers start with their own address and add Revnu's inboxes as volume grows. To connect a mailbox, see connect Gmail or Outlook.

Tip

Connect a mailbox that has been sending normal email for a while. Email providers trust an established mailbox more than one created this week.

When does Revnu pause a mailbox?

Revnu pauses a mailbox automatically, before a small issue can become a reputation problem:

What it notices Pause
5% or more of recent emails bounced, once it has sent at least 20 3 days
The email provider refused to send 3 times in 24 hours 3 days
The provider limited sending, or the connection needs signing in again 1 day
3 sending errors in a row 6 hours

Emails that were waiting move to after the pause, and sending resumes on its own. Revnu messages you right away when your email provider blocks a mailbox, or when a mailbox needs signing in again. For any other pause, ask Revnu "is any of my mailboxes paused, and why?"

What happens with unsubscribes and bounces?

  • Unsubscribes. Every email from Revnu's sending inboxes carries an unsubscribe option. Anyone who uses it, or replies asking to be removed, goes on your block list for good. See keep people off your outreach.

  • Bounces. The contact is marked Bounced on Leads and nothing more goes to that address. "Undeliverable" notices from Outlook and Microsoft 365 count as bounces, never as replies.

Questions about deliverability

What if Google or Microsoft blocks a mailbox?

It's rare, and Revnu catches it fast. If a provider refuses mail from an address 3 times in 24 hours, Revnu pauses that mailbox for 3 days so the rest of the queue is protected, and messages you.

Your email admin then releases the address:

  • Microsoft 365: under Restricted entities in the Microsoft Defender portal.

  • Google Workspace: in the alert center in the Google Admin console.

In the meantime, Revnu keeps sending from your other inboxes.

Should I set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on my own domain?

On the domains Revnu buys, it sets all three up for you. For your own domain, most email providers set them up already. Ask whoever runs your email to confirm, and you're covered.
