Email support@revnu.com. It goes to both founders, and you do not need a Revnu account to write to us. We reply within two business days, and usually much sooner. For security reports, put “security” in the subject line.

Start from revnu.com/slack and choose Add to Slack. You sign in to Revnu, approve the install in Slack, then paste the one-time phrase Revnu gives you into the channel you want to use. If Slack says the app needs approval, a workspace admin has to approve it first. Revnu is invite-only right now, so you need an invited account to sign in. Book a call to get access.

Check that Revnu has been invited to the channel and that the channel is linked (Revnu confirms the link with a message). Revnu responds to messages that mention @Revnu and to replies in those threads. It does not work in direct messages. If it still does not answer, email us with the channel name and the time of your message.

Remove Revnu from your workspace's app settings in Slack. Revnu stops receiving and sending Slack messages for that workspace immediately. Reinstalling restores the channels you had linked.
