Revnu uses AI models to understand requests and do the work. AI can get things wrong, so check anything consequential and use your approval settings for anything that goes out in your name. We never use Slack data to train models, and neither do our model providers.
What it can see
- Messages and files in channels you add it to. It acts on @Revnu mentions and on replies in those threads.
- Before a channel is linked, it checks messages only for the one-time link phrase.
- Slack user IDs and display names in those threads, so it can address people properly.
- Channel names and types, to check a channel is linked to your account.
What it never touches
- Direct messages. Revnu doesn't work in DMs.
- Your members' email addresses.
- Channels it hasn't been invited to. It never joins one on its own.
- Exporting or backing up your channel history.
Removing Revnu from your workspace's app settings stops it straight away. Reinstalling picks your linked channels back up. Full detail is in the privacy policy, and help is on the support page.
