How it works
Connect your Microsoft account
In Connections > Advertise, sign in to Microsoft and pick the ad account. Connecting never launches an ad or spends money.
Revnu drafts the campaigns
Search campaigns with keywords, negative keywords and responsive search ads, all built paused. With Google Ads connected too, it picks keywords from Google's data.
You approve the budget
Nothing spends until you do. After launch, Microsoft reviews new ads, usually within one business day.
Revnu works. You build.
Paid ads launch, outbound sends and search pages publish. Revnu watches the results and changes what happens next.

Questions
What campaigns does Revnu run on Microsoft Ads?
Search campaigns: keywords, negative keywords and responsive search ads, with Copilot and Microsoft's partner placements included.
Whose Microsoft Ads account does it use?
Yours. You set up a Microsoft Advertising account with a payment method and connect it in Connections > Advertise, and Microsoft bills your payment method for the spend, which isn't part of Revnu's fee.
Do I approve campaigns before they launch?
On Pro, yes, by default. Revnu builds every campaign paused. Setting or raising a budget always waits for your approval. Launching a test, or swapping one inside the test budget you approved, waits too unless you set Ad Tests to Just Do It in Settings > Agent.
Can Revnu copy my Google Ads campaigns to Microsoft?
Revnu builds fresh Microsoft Search campaigns for Bing. When Google Ads is connected too, it uses Google's keyword data to choose the Microsoft keywords.
Can it read the Microsoft campaigns I already run?
Yes. It reads every campaign in the account, including ones you built yourself, and can tell you which searches wasted money. Your own campaigns stay exactly as you built them.
Can Revnu spend more than I set?
You set one monthly budget, and Revnu pauses when Microsoft's reported spend reaches it. Microsoft reports spend with a delay and can overdeliver on a given day, so the final bill can land a little over the cap.
How does Revnu know what's working?
It creates its own conversion goal in your Microsoft account so Microsoft can bid on your results. A result only counts once your side confirms it. You add the Revnu Tag to your site from Ads > Revnu Tag and choose what counts, like a purchase, a trial start or a booked call. Your server confirms each one; a booked call needs your scheduler's webhook passed on by a small function you host. Every campaign launches with an outcome set up, so each ad is judged on real results.
