1. Acceptance
These terms are a binding agreement between you and IT5 Inc. ("Revnu", "we", "us"), a Delaware corporation. By creating an account, connecting tools, or using Revnu in any way, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms; we'll notify you in-product if we make material changes.
2. The service
Revnu is an AI agent that runs growth, marketing, and retention work on your behalf — drafting content, sending outreach, running ads, and (where authorised) shipping changes to your codebase. You decide what it can and can't do via the approval settings in your dashboard.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the actions taken under your account, including any actions Revnu takes on your behalf within the limits you've configured. You must be at least 13 to create an account.
4. Fees + billing
For plans sold through an order form or sales agreement (including Managed), the fees, billing cycle, and any trial terms are the ones set out there. Charges recur on the cycle stated there until you cancel. You can cancel any time and the next cycle won't run; fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your order form. The self-serve plan is covered in section 5.
5. Self-serve plan
The self-serve plan is billed monthly in advance, by card through Stripe, at the price shown at checkout (currently $99 a month, plus any applicable taxes). If your checkout includes a free trial, we collect your card up front and charge it automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then; one free trial per customer. The subscription renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing: you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and the next charge won't run. Fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it; if it still can't be collected, Revnu pauses until billing is sorted. The self-serve plan has a fair-use limit on the work Revnu schedules for itself each day, and your own messages to it are always answered. We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice; a new price applies from your first billing period after the notice ends.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Revnu to send spam, harass anyone, build illegal products, or violate the terms of the platforms it integrates with (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, Stripe, GitHub, etc.). We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Your content + data
You retain ownership of everything you give us — product copy, brand voice, customer data, code. We use it to run Revnu for you and we don't train shared models on it. See the Privacy Policy for the details.
8. AI output
AI agents make mistakes. Drafts, ads, and outreach generated by Revnu are reviewed by you (or auto-shipped within the rules you set). We're not liable for the consequences of content you've reviewed and approved, or for content shipped under settings you've explicitly enabled.
9. Third-party platforms
Revnu connects to platforms we don't operate. If a platform changes its API or terms, we'll do our best to keep things working — but downtime, rate limits, or feature loss outside our control is not our liability.
10. Termination
You can cancel any time from billing settings. We can suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms; we'll give notice unless the violation is severe (illegal activity, security risk).
11. Liability
Revnu is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware unless we mutually agree otherwise.
