Revnu finds the owners ready to sell. You do the deal.
It screens companies on their filed accounts, ranks owners by succession and reaches them before a broker does. You approve every send.
- It reads filed accounts: turnover, profit, net assets and debt.
- It ranks owners by age, tenure and who else sits on the board.
- It writes to each owner about their own company, by email and LinkedIn.

Questions
Which firms is Revnu for?
Lower mid-market private equity firms, search funds, family offices, independent sponsors and M&A advisers who source their own deals. Revnu reads your thesis, builds the target list and runs the owner outreach.
Can it screen on filed accounts?
Yes, where a registry publishes them. In the UK Revnu reads every company's filed accounts and officer records at Companies House and qualifies on turnover, profit, net assets, debt, headcount and owner age. It does the same for other registries that publish accounts. Private US companies file no accounts, so there it screens on size, ownership, hiring and funding history.
How does it spot owners ready to sell?
From the public record: a founder past 60, a long tenure, no younger director or family shareholder beside them, a recent finance hire, flat profit for a few years. Every company it ranks comes with the reason now, so you can check it before anything goes out.
Does it write to owners like a firm, not a mass mailer?
Each first email names the owner's own company and what you like about it, in your voice, from your own inbox or a sending domain like yours. LinkedIn follows. You approve the first sends, and Revnu answers replies and books the call.
Does it help after the deal closes?
Yes. Portfolio companies can run Revnu for their own pipeline, ads and AI search visibility, so new owners see customers before the first board meeting.
How do I get started with Revnu for Private equity?
Sign up at revnu.com/sign-up and give Revnu your website. It confirms who buys from you, then does its first piece of work, usually a list of companies that fit and a first email for you to approve. The step-by-step guide is at revnu.com/docs/get-started, and revnu.com/docs/find-leads explains how Revnu finds and checks each company.
Are the companies in the demo real?
Yes. The companies, counts, funding and headquarters are a dated snapshot of the data Revnu searches: company, funding, job-post and people data from third-party providers, plus the public web. The people and companies in the buyers example are made up, because we don't publish real people's contact details.
Does Revnu send anything without me?
Only what you allow. Three steps, in order. First, your first sequence waits for you to read and approve it. Then Settings > Agent > What Needs Your Approval decides: on Pro, a new sequence starts on its own and its steps send without asking each time, while one-off emails, LinkedIn invites and LinkedIn messages ask first. Switch any of them either way. And whatever you set, replies to prospects, spend, budgets, booking links and new inboxes always wait for your yes.
How fast does it start?
Revnu prepares its first piece of work, such as a list of buyers or a blog draft, within minutes of starting. Email from your own Gmail or Outlook can go out the same day; new sending inboxes Revnu buys warm up first, which takes days to weeks.
What does it cost?
Pro is $99 a month, with no minimum term, and you can cancel from billing settings. Sending domains, inboxes and lead data are included. Ad spend is billed by the ad platforms to your own accounts. If you want Revnu's team to run it with you, Managed is priced on a call.
