revnu
Backed by Y CombinatorB2B startups

Cold email outreach that starts real customer conversations.

Revnu researches who to reach, finds verified work emails, and runs your cold email sequence from your own Gmail or managed inboxes. You approve each new sequence once, and every prospect reply waits for you.

  • Companies and contacts researched before any email goes out.
  • Verified work emails, with a reason to reach out saved on every lead.
  • A sequence you approve once, then follow-ups run themselves.

How it works

1

Share your website

Start with your website, with no sales call required.

2

Revnu researches your buyers

It finds target companies and the right people, with verified work emails and signals like hiring, funding and tech stack. Each lead is saved with a fit score and the reason to reach out.

3

Approve your first sequence

Revnu drafts the sequence and sends it from your Gmail or Outlook, or from managed domains and inboxes you approve. On Pro defaults, you approve each new sequence once, and its emails and follow-ups then run.

4

Follow-ups run on schedule

Follow-ups go out inside the sequence you approved. A blocked domain also stops follow-ups already scheduled.

5

Approve every reply

When a prospect replies, Revnu drafts a response and waits. Prospect replies always need your approval before anything is sent.

Revnu works. You build.

Paid ads launch, outbound sends and search pages publish. Revnu watches the results and changes what happens next.

Questions

Where do the emails send from?

From your connected email accounts or approved domains. Each new sequence asks for your approval once.

Do I approve every email?

On current Pro defaults, you approve each new sequence once, and its emails and follow-ups then run. One-off emails use a separate setting. Prospect replies always wait for your approval.

How does Revnu find who to email?

It researches target companies and the right people, with verified work emails and signals such as hiring, funding, tech stack and recent LinkedIn posts. Leads are kept in your Leads CRM with a fit score and the reason to reach out.

Can I stop it contacting certain companies?

Yes. Add a company domain, email or LinkedIn profile to your block list. A blocked domain stops email and LinkedIn sequence steps, including scheduled follow-ups. A blocked email stops follow-up emails to that address, and a blocked LinkedIn profile stops follow-up LinkedIn sequence steps that are not already queued.

What does it cost?

Pro is $99 a month, self-serve, with no sales call. You can cancel anytime. Managed is custom-priced, with a growth engineer from the Revnu team on the account; the route in is a 30-minute call at revnu.com/book.

Can I use it with my CRM?

Revnu isn't a native CRM. You can keep HubSpot, Attio or Salesforce for your existing process and run Revnu alongside, or export selected contacts as CSV or XLSX and upload them in dashboard chat. It's a snapshot, not two-way sync, and uploading alone doesn't authorise sending.
