An SEO Blog on Autopilot: Revnu Researches, Writes and Publishes Posts
By Art Freebrey · October 15, 2026 · 4 min read
Connect your blog once and Revnu keeps it going. It picks the searches your buyers actually make, writes posts checked against your product facts, publishes them, and fixes your site through pull requests if you connect GitHub. You don't write the posts or remember to post them.
What do founders ask for?
"Write a post a week for people searching how to automate invoice reminders."
"We have no blog yet. Set one up."
"It's a Wix site. Can you still publish?"
"Fix whatever is stopping our pages from ranking."
How does Revnu run your blog?
It finds where posts can go. In Visibility > Posts, pick one of four setups: the Content API your site reads, a Revnu-hosted blog at a revnu.sh address or on your own subdomain, a reverse proxy on your own domain, or pull requests to your GitHub repo.
It audits the site. Once the blog is connected, Revnu checks your live site for search and AI-answer problems and tells you what to fix first. You can also ask for an audit any time.
It picks the topics. If you connect Google Search Console, Revnu reads which searches you already show up for. It writes toward questions your buyers ask, not toward generic terms you can't win.
It writes from your facts. Posts draw on your Memory. Revnu checks every claim against Product Facts and blocks anything on your Never Say list.
It publishes and keeps going. Posts go out through the setup you chose. Ask for a cadence, such as a post every Tuesday, and Revnu sets it up as a workflow.
It fixes the site itself. With GitHub connected, Revnu opens pull requests for page copy, metadata and other fixes. It never pushes to your main branch.
It also writes social posts to share each article. Revnu drafts posts for LinkedIn, X, Threads, Bluesky, Reddit and Hacker News and sends you a share link; you tap it and post from your own account. Revnu doesn't publish them for you.
What waits for your approval?
Blog posts, if Blog Posts is set to Ask Me First. On Pro it starts as Just Do It: each post publishes after a hold (the next weekday at 9am, at least 24 hours away) unless you stop it.
Pull requests always wait, because you merge them.
Paid directory listings go to you. Revnu submits free listings and hands you any that cost money or need your login.
What can't Revnu do here?
No one-click WordPress, Webflow, Wix or Shopify publishing. Use the Content API with a developer, or the hosted blog on a subdomain.
No backlink building. Free directory listings only.
No instant rankings. New posts on a new site usually take weeks to show up in Google. Revnu reports what moves, but it can't make Google index faster.
No video or image-only posts. Revnu writes articles and can make on-brand images for them, but not video.
Search Console is read-only. Revnu reads it. It doesn't change your Search Console settings.
What will you see?
Visibility > Posts lists every draft and published post, and lets you write or edit one yourself.
Visibility > Google Search shows clicks and rankings once Search Console is connected.
Visibility > AI Visibility shows how often AI answers mention you. On Pro, Revnu checks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity every week.
The Monday roll-up names what went live that week.

Questions
How does Revnu publish to my website?
Four ways. Your site can read posts through Revnu's Content API, which a developer or a coding agent sets up once. Revnu can host the blog for you at a revnu.sh address or on your own subdomain such as blog.yoursite.com. You can serve it from your own domain with a reverse proxy. Or Revnu opens pull requests to your site's GitHub repo, which you merge.
Does Revnu work with WordPress, Webflow, Wix or Shopify?
Yes. The simplest path for any of them is the Revnu-hosted blog on a subdomain such as blog.yoursite.com, which you point at Revnu with one DNS record. A developer can also connect WordPress or Shopify through the Content API.
Will posts go live without my approval?
On Pro, Blog Posts starts as Just Do It, so a finished post waits in Review until the next weekday at 9am, at least 24 hours away, then publishes unless you stop it. Switch it to Ask Me First in Settings > Agent > What Needs Your Approval and every post waits for your yes in Review. Either way, Revnu checks each post against your Product Facts and your Never Say list.
Does Revnu build backlinks?
Revnu builds your listings: it submits your product to free directories and listing sites, and hands you anything that costs money or needs your login. Link outreach stays with you.
