About Revnu

Every business needs growth. Most founders would rather be building. Revnu is the AI growth hire: one agent that runs SEO, outbound, ads and social, learns what works across every channel, and ships the work itself. You build the product. Revnu grows it.

We're a Y Combinator company (P26 batch), seed funded and growing fast. We think every business will eventually run on agents, and we're building the growth half of that future.

The team is small and based in Manchester. That means real ownership, fast cycles, and direct access to the founders and the work.

About the role

We spend a lot winning customers. We want to spend just as much making them feel something once they're in.

This is a full-time, in-house creative role: one person in charge of everything we make that isn't software. Paintings we mail to customers. Merch people actually wear. Launch videos. The Revnu armchair. You'll have a budget, a one-line brief (make cool stuff and give it to us and our customers), and nobody looking over your shoulder.

What you'll make

  • Physical things for customers: paintings, framed prints, commissioned pieces, gifts that make people take a photo and post it
  • Merch people actually want to wear. Or sit on. We are serious about the Revnu armchair
  • Launch videos, motion graphics and product films, shot, edited and finished by you
  • Photography, ad creative and graphic design when the team needs it
  • Whatever else you can talk us into

Who you are

  • A full-stack creative: you can paint, design, shoot and edit, or you're excellent at two of those and dangerous at the rest
  • You finish things. A half-built idea handed off is not the job. The framed piece arriving at a customer's office is
  • You have a body of work: a portfolio, a reel, an Instagram, a shelf of things you made. We care about the work, not the CV
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Manchester
