You set the window. Most teams use the last 7 days on a daily run, so each round shows up once, within days of the announcement.

### Can I pick the round types and size?

Yes. Name the rounds (pre-seed, seed, Series A, B), a minimum amount, an industry, a headcount range and a country, and Revnu keeps only those.

### Do I need to write the steps myself?

No. Send the sentence and Revnu writes the steps in plain words. Edit any step on the workflow's page under Workflows, or tell Revnu what to change in chat.

### Will it send emails or spend money without asking?

Emails, LinkedIn messages and posts follow your approval settings. Spending money, replies to prospects, booking links and gifts always wait for your yes. Add "for my approval" or "don't send" to keep any step on hold.

### What's the difference between a workflow and a watch?

A workflow runs on a schedule, such as every Monday at 9am. A watch checks every few minutes and acts the moment something changes, such as a competitor raising its prices.
