**Every Monday, turn your competitors' bad reviews into outreach.** Unhappy customers of a competitor tell you exactly what to say. Revnu reads their newest public reviews, pulls out the complaints you solve and drafts outreach.

_Workflow · Watch the market_

## What it does

A one-star review names the problem, the competitor and often the reviewer's company. Revnu reads your competitors' newest public reviews each week, keeps the complaints you solve, finds people at the reviewers' companies where it can, and drafts outreach that answers that complaint.

**Runs:** Every Monday

## What Revnu does on each run

1. Reads the newest public reviews of the competitors you name.
2. Keeps the complaints your product solves.
3. Finds people at the reviewers' companies where the review says who they are.
4. Drafts outreach that answers the complaint, for your approval.

## What you get

**Reviews: 4 complaints you solve**

- Competitor, review site and star rating
- The complaint, quoted
- Reviewer's company and the buyer there, where known
- Draft email that answers the complaint

_The shape of a real run. The rows come from your market and your account._

## FAQ

### Does Revnu reply to the reviews?

No. It reads public reviews and drafts emails to the buyers. It never posts on review sites.

### Do I need to write the steps myself?

No. Send the sentence and Revnu writes the steps in plain words. Edit any step on the workflow's page under Workflows, or tell Revnu what to change in chat.

### Will it send emails or spend money without asking?

Emails, LinkedIn messages and posts follow your approval settings. Spending money, replies to prospects, booking links and gifts always wait for your yes. Add "for my approval" or "don't send" to keep any step on hold.

### What's the difference between a workflow and a watch?

A workflow runs on a schedule, such as every Monday at 9am. A watch checks every few minutes and acts the moment something changes, such as a competitor raising its prices.

### What does it cost?

Plans start at $99 a month, and Revnu starts on what you typed as soon as you sign up. Cancel any time in Settings.

### Does anything run before I sign up?

No. Nothing is checked or generated on this page. Revnu does the work inside your account, where it can read your website, keep what it finds and carry on from there.

### Where do I learn how Revnu works?

The docs at revnu.com/docs/get-started walk through your first day, and revnu.com/docs/what-revnu-can-do lists everything it can do.
