Revnu tells you what moved without being asked. You get a short update on days something changed, a roll-up every Monday, and a message straight away when something needs you. Standing jobs, such as a weekly batch of new leads, run on a schedule you describe in one sentence.

## What do founders ask for?

- "Just tell me every Monday what worked and what didn't."
- "Find 20 new leads every weekday morning and start them on the sequence."

## How does Revnu report?

1. **It works every day on its own.** Revnu runs a daily work session. It checks results, replaces what's losing and moves the next piece of work forward.
2. **It sends a daily update only when something changed.** One short message with the most important thing: a reply, a win, a test it replaced. No message on quiet days.
3. **It sends a Monday roll-up.** A greeting, one number as a trend against last week, what went live, one question for you and one offer of next work.
4. **It answers any "how did X do".** Ask about a channel, a sequence, a post or an ad, for any window up to 31 days.
5. **It runs standing work as workflows.** Describe the job in plain words ("every Monday, find 20 new leads in our niche and draft the first email"), and Revnu sets it up. If you ask for the same thing twice, it offers to make it a workflow. You choose where each workflow reports: Slack, iMessage or the dashboard.

## What waits for your approval?

Reports never wait, because they only read. The work a workflow does follows your approval settings, the same as if you'd asked in chat. Anything that spends money always waits.

## What can't Revnu do here?

- **No files.** No PDF or spreadsheet reports, no Google Drive.
- **No email or WhatsApp channel.** Updates come over Slack, iMessage or the dashboard chat.
- **No outside analytics.** Revnu doesn't connect to Google Analytics, PostHog or your CRM. It measures what it sends and publishes, plus Search Console and the Revnu Tag on your site.
- **A quota is a target.** "20 leads a day" is what a workflow aims for. If fewer good fits exist, Revnu won't loosen your criteria to hit the number. It tells you how many it found.

- **Home** shows this week's numbers and what needs you.
- **Dashboard > Workflows** lists every workflow. Pause, run now, edit or delete any of them.
- **Chat** holds every update and report, so you can scroll back.

### When does Revnu send updates?

### Where do the updates arrive?

In Slack, iMessage or the dashboard chat, wherever you last talked to Revnu. You can ask Revnu to change your check-in time, or to stop the daily update and keep only messages that need you.

### Can I get a report for a specific period?

Yes. Ask in chat, for example "how did last week's emails do" or "what did the Google ads get us this month". Revnu reports measured results for any window up to 31 days at a time.

### Can Revnu send the report as a PDF or to Google Drive?

Revnu reports in chat and on the dashboard, and a developer can pull the same results into your own reports through the Revnu API with a token that has the results:read scope.
