Revnu does the work: research, writing, sending, publishing, ads. Six approval settings decide what waits for you, a Review queue holds it, and one word in chat pauses everything. ## What do founders ask for? - "What should we do next for growth?" - "What can you do for us, and what can't you do?" - "Do outbound, but show me every email before it goes." - "Every Monday, find 20 new leads and draft the first email." ## How does handing it over work? 1. **Revnu proposes a plan and starts.** It works out your goal from your site and setup answers, says which channel it's starting with and why, and does the first piece of work. Ask it what it can't do and it will tell you that too. 2. **You set what waits.** In Settings > Agent > What Needs Your Approval, each of six kinds of work is Ask Me First or Just Do It. Start strict and loosen one kind at a time as the drafts earn it. 3. **Work that waits lands in Review.** Each card is an approval, a question, a choice or an update. Approve, edit, ask for changes, snooze or dismiss. Cards expire after seven days. 4. **You teach it once.** Settings > Memory holds About This Business, Product Facts and Never Say. Edits reach Revnu on its next turn, and Never Say is enforced on every send and post. 5. **Standing work becomes a workflow.** Describe a recurring job in a sentence and Revnu sets it up on Dashboard > Workflows. Pause, edit or run any of them. 6. **It reports without being asked.** A short update on days something changed, a roll-up every Monday, and a message straight away when something needs you. ## What waits for your approval? What you choose, plus a fixed list that always waits: - spend and budget changes, and buying domains or inboxes - replies to prospects and booking links - Reddit comments - your first sequence On Pro, Blog Posts and Start Sequences start as Just Do It, and the other four ask first. The quick review links Revnu sends in chat can't approve a send, a post or spend. Those need the dashboard. ## What can't Revnu do here? - **No silent spending.** Every budget change waits, by design. - **No API that sends.** The API, CLI and MCP can answer review cards and message Revnu. None of them sends an email or publishes on its own. - **Few outbound webhooks.** Revnu posts events back only for LinkedIn invites, accepts and replies. Everything else, your systems poll for. - **No CRM or SSO.** No HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive sync, and no single sign-on. - **A daily limit on Pro.** Revnu's own scheduled work is capped each day. Six kinds of work each have an Ask Me First or Just Do It switch in Settings > Agent > What Needs Your Approval: Blog Posts, Start Sequences, One-Off Emails, LinkedIn Connection Requests, LinkedIn Messages and Ad Tests. Some things always ask whatever you set: spend and budgets, buying domains and inboxes, replies to prospects, booking links and Reddit comments. Your first sequence always waits too. ### How do I stop Revnu if something looks wrong? Say "pause", "stop sending" or "ask me first" in chat. Revnu cancels email still waiting in the send queue, tells you what had already gone out, and goes back to asking before it sends. You can also block people or domains in Settings > Agent. ### How do I find out what Revnu can do for us? Ask it "what can you do for us?" It names what it will take on and what stays with you. Revnu runs outreach, search and AI answers, and ads, Facebook and Instagram included, and drafts social posts for you to share from your own account. ### Can I drive Revnu from my own tools? Yes. The REST API, the @revnu/cli CLI and the MCP server read results and leads, answer review cards, message Revnu and manage workflows. Inbound webhooks let your own systems wake Revnu with an event. Sends and posts still go through your approval settings.
