When a prospect replies, Revnu stops their follow-ups, tells you, and drafts an answer that carries your booking link. The answer waits for your yes. You send it, the prospect picks a time, and the meeting lands on your calendar.

## What do founders ask for?

- "Someone replied asking about pricing. Draft an answer and offer a call."
- "Use my Calendly link in every reply from now on."
- "He said not now. Follow up in three months."

## What does Revnu do when a reply comes in?

1. **It stops the sequence for that person.** No more follow-ups go to someone who has answered.
2. **It reads the reply and the thread.** It knows what you sent, what the lead's research said and what the person asked.
3. **It tells you.** A prospect reply is one of the things Revnu messages you about straight away, in Slack, iMessage or the dashboard chat, instead of waiting for the daily update.
4. **It drafts your answer.** If they want a call, the draft includes your booking link. If they asked a question, it answers from what's in your Memory, including Product Facts.
5. **It waits for you.** You approve, edit or ask for changes on the Review page. Then it sends from the same inbox the conversation started in.
6. **It remembers dates.** "Follow up in three months" becomes a reminder Revnu acts on when the date comes.

## What waits for your approval?

Every reply to a prospect, and the booking link inside it. These always wait, even if you've set everything else to Just Do It. Approve them in the dashboard. The quick review links Revnu sends in chat can answer questions, but they can't approve a send.

## What can't Revnu do here?

- **No calendar connection.** Revnu doesn't read your calendar or create events. Booking happens through your link.
- **No live calls.** Revnu doesn't take or join calls.
- **No CRM update.** Replies and lead statuses stay in Revnu. There is no HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive sync.
- **No email channel to Revnu itself.** You talk to Revnu in Slack, iMessage or the dashboard chat, not by email.

## What will you see?

- **Inbox** shows the thread, with Email and LinkedIn tabs.
- **Review** shows the drafted answer, ready to approve.
- **Leads** shows the person as Replied.
- **The weekly roll-up** on Monday says what moved that week.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does Revnu reply to prospects without asking me?

No. A reply to a prospect always waits for your approval, whatever your other approval settings say. Revnu drafts it, you read it on the Review page, and you send it as is, edit it or ask for changes.

### Does Revnu book meetings on my calendar?

It books them through your booking link. Give Revnu your Cal.com, Calendly or similar link once, and its reply drafts include it, so the prospect picks a time and the meeting lands on your calendar.

### Where do I see replies?

On Dashboard > Inbox, which has Email and LinkedIn tabs, and in your own mailbox if Revnu sends from it. Revnu also messages you in Slack, iMessage or the dashboard chat when a prospect replies, and the lead moves to Replied on the Leads page.

### What happens when someone says not interested or unsubscribe?

Their follow-ups stop. An unsubscribe goes on your block list for good and can't be removed, so Revnu never contacts that person again. You can also add people or whole domains to the block list in Settings > Agent yourself.
