> Upload a list, point Revnu at a directory or describe who you want at your event. It researches each person, writes the invite and sends it once you say yes.

If you already know who you want to reach, Revnu works from your list. Upload a spreadsheet, send a directory link or describe the people you want at your event. Revnu researches each name, writes outreach that fits the occasion, and sends it. Your first sequence waits for your yes, and you choose what else asks first.

## What do founders ask for?

- "Here's the attendee list from last year's conference. Invite them to our dinner on the 14th."
- "Every company in this association directory is a buyer. Reach out to all of them."
- "Find 20 finance leaders at 100 to 500 person companies in Chicago for our roundtable next month."
- "Reach out to accountants who could refer clients to us."

## How does Revnu run it?

1. **It takes the list.** Upload a CSV or Excel file in chat (up to 10 files of 10 MB each), or send a link to a public directory or members page. For an event, describe who you want instead.
2. **It researches every name.** Each row gets the same research as a lead Revnu found itself: the company, the right person, a verified work email and a reason to write.
3. **It saves them to Leads.** Short lists come back straight away. For a long list the first five come first and the rest arrive in the background.
4. **It writes for the occasion.** An event invite, a partner pitch and a sales email are different messages. Tell Revnu which this is and any date that matters.
5. **It sends on your timeline.** From your own inbox on Pro, approved email leaves within minutes, up to 50 a day per inbox. Revnu sets a reminder for the date you named, so follow-ups land before the deadline.

## What waits for your approval?

The first sequence on your account always waits. After that, your Start Sequences setting decides. Replies to anyone who answers always wait for you. If a deadline is close, say so, and approve the sequence on the Review page as soon as it appears.

## What can't Revnu do here?

- **No guessing your dates.** Revnu works to the date you give it. It won't infer an event date from your website.
- **No pages behind a login.** Revnu reads public pages. If a directory needs your login, it hands that step to you.
- **No consumer lists.** Revnu researches people at businesses. A list of private individuals isn't something it can work from.
- **No export afterwards.** The list lives on the Leads page. There is no export button or CRM sync.

## What will you see?

The list appears on Dashboard > Leads, with research on each row. To see a sequence, click the Steps pill next to its campaign on Leads. Replies arrive in your Inbox, and Revnu tells you about each one in chat.

## Frequently asked questions

### How do I give Revnu my own list?

Upload a CSV or Excel file in the dashboard chat, or attach it in Slack. Revnu reads each row, researches the person and the company, and saves them to Leads.

### Can Revnu invite people to my event?

Yes. Describe who you want (title, company size, region) and give the event date and the deadline for invites. Revnu finds the people, writes the invitation and sends it after you approve the first sequence. Tell it the date yourself, because it won't assume one.

### How fast can it send to a list?

On Pro, Revnu sends up to 50 emails a day and 20 an hour from each Gmail or Outlook inbox you connect. With two connected inboxes that doubles. Revnu-bought inboxes warm up over days first, so for a deadline this week your own inbox is the faster path.

### Can Revnu scrape a directory website?

It can read public directory and members pages in a real browser and pull out the companies listed. Then ask it to add them to Leads, and it matches a website and the right person to each in the background. It hands you anything behind a login or a paywall.
