Connect your LinkedIn account and Revnu sends connection requests and messages as you, to people it has researched. It starts slowly, 5 invites a day in the first week, and works up to 17 a day from week four. Replies land in your Inbox.

## What do founders ask for?

- "Connect with heads of growth at Series A fintechs in London."
- "Send a note to everyone who accepted last week."
- "Run LinkedIn alongside the email sequence for the same leads."

## How does Revnu run LinkedIn?

1. **You connect your account.** Go to Connections > Reach People > LinkedIn. Revnu acts as you, from your own profile.
2. **It finds the people.** The same research as for email: who fits, why now, and the right person at each company. See [finding leads](/use-cases/find-leads-for-a-niche-market).
3. **It writes the invite and the follow-up.** Short notes that refer to something true about the person. LinkedIn steps can sit inside a sequence next to email.
4. **It paces every action.** LinkedIn invites ramp up week by week, to at most 5/10/15/17 a day (25/50/70/85 a week) over the first four weeks, with no more than 90 LinkedIn actions a day, sent weekdays, 09:00 to 18:00 in the account's local time. It sends no more than 8 an hour.
5. **It backs off.** If LinkedIn rate-limits or restricts the account, Revnu stops sending from it for 72 hours. After three errors in a row it stops for 24 hours.
6. **It reads replies.** They show on the LinkedIn tab of your Inbox, and Revnu drafts an answer.

## What waits for your approval?

- **Standalone invites and messages** ask first by default. These are the Connection Requests and Messages settings in Settings > Agent > What Needs Your Approval.
- **Sequence steps** follow Start Sequences. The first sequence always waits.
- **Replies to prospects** always wait, on LinkedIn as on email.

## What can't Revnu do here?

- **No publishing posts.** Revnu drafts LinkedIn posts and gives you a share link. You post them yourself.
- **No faster ramp.** The pacing is fixed so your account stays in good standing. You can't raise it.
- **No sending outside working hours.** Actions go out weekdays, 09:00 to 18:00 in the account's local time, up to 90 LinkedIn actions a day including profile views.
- **No guarantees from LinkedIn.** Pacing lowers the risk. It can't remove it.

## What will you see?

- **Inbox > LinkedIn** shows every conversation.
- **Leads** shows who was invited and who replied.
- **Settings > Agent > LinkedIn Sending** is one switch for the whole workspace. Turn it off and Revnu reads LinkedIn messages and invites but sends nothing. Replies you type yourself in the Inbox still send.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is my LinkedIn account safe with Revnu?

Revnu is built to keep it safe, so it goes slowly on purpose. LinkedIn invites ramp up week by week, to at most 5/10/15/17 a day (25/50/70/85 a week) over the first four weeks, with no more than 90 LinkedIn actions a day, sent weekdays, 09:00 to 18:00 in the account's local time. If LinkedIn pushes back, Revnu stops sending from that account for 72 hours. You can also turn LinkedIn to read-only for the whole workspace in Settings > Agent > LinkedIn Sending.

### Does Revnu send LinkedIn messages without asking?

Connection requests and messages sent on their own, outside a sequence, ask first by default. LinkedIn steps inside a sequence follow your Start Sequences setting, and the first sequence on your account always waits for your yes. Change any of these in Settings > Agent > What Needs Your Approval.

### Can Revnu post on LinkedIn for me?

Revnu writes the post in your voice and sends you a share link, so it goes out from your own LinkedIn account with one tap.

### Can my cofounder's LinkedIn send too?

Yes. Each teammate connects their own LinkedIn account as a seat, and Revnu paces each account on its own. Invite teammates in Settings > Account > Team.
