# Revnu Support

Email support@revnu.com. No Revnu account is needed. We reply within two business days. For security reports, put "security" in the subject line.

- Slack app install and setup: https://revnu.com/slack. After installing, type `/invite @Revnu` in the channel you want; Revnu links it and says hello. Guide: https://revnu.com/docs/connect-slack. New accounts start at https://revnu.com/sign-up.
- Revnu not replying in Slack: check it was invited to the channel and that you mentioned @Revnu or replied in its thread. It doesn't work in direct messages.
- Billing: plans, the free trial and cancelling are at https://revnu.com/docs/plans and https://revnu.com/docs/cancel. On Pro, cancel in Settings > Account.
- MCP server (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code): https://revnu.com/mcp. To disconnect an app, revoke its token in Settings → Developers.
- To remove the Slack app, remove it from your workspace's app settings in Slack. Revnu stops receiving and sending Slack messages for that workspace immediately.
- Data export or deletion: email support@revnu.com from your account email.
