# Revnu MCP Server

> Revnu is your AI growth hire. It finds customers, runs email and LinkedIn outreach, manages paid ads, and publishes content for Google and AI search.

Canonical: https://revnu.com/mcp

The Revnu MCP server puts your growth hire in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code. Ask what Revnu got done, approve what's waiting from the chat, hand over the next job. Your first sequence always waits for your yes. After that, Settings > Agent decides what asks first. Replies to prospects, spend, budgets, booking links and new inboxes always wait.

Server URL: https://revnu.com/api/mcp (Streamable HTTP, OAuth). Connecting signs you in to your Revnu account, or creates one: tell your agent "Set me up with revnu.com" and it sets Revnu up with you (https://revnu.com/setup.md).

## Connect

- Claude and Claude Desktop: https://claude.ai/customize/connectors?modal=add-custom-connector&connectorName=Revnu&connectorUrl=https%3A%2F%2Frevnu.com%2Fapi%2Fmcp (or Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the URL, then Connect).
- ChatGPT: in the connector settings, turn on developer mode, create a connector with the URL and choose OAuth.
- Cursor: cursor://anysphere.cursor-deeplink/mcp/install?name=revnu&config=eyJ1cmwiOiJodHRwczovL3Jldm51LmNvbS9hcGkvbWNwIn0%3D
- VS Code: vscode:mcp/install?%7B%22name%22%3A%22revnu%22%2C%22type%22%3A%22http%22%2C%22url%22%3A%22https%3A%2F%2Frevnu.com%2Fapi%2Fmcp%22%7D
- Claude Code: `claude mcp add --transport http --scope user revnu https://revnu.com/api/mcp`, then /mcp to sign in.
- Terminal: `npm install -g @revnu/cli` (https://revnu.com/docs/cli).

## Questions

### Does Revnu have an MCP server?

Yes. The Revnu MCP server is at https://revnu.com/api/mcp. It speaks Streamable HTTP and signs you in with OAuth, and it works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code and any other MCP host.

### Do I need a Revnu account?

Yes, but connecting can create it. Connecting signs you in to your Revnu account and asks which permissions the app gets; with no account yet, it opens one, and your AI sets it up with you. Tell it "Set me up with revnu.com". The server gives your AI app access to your own Revnu, not a separate product.

### Can Claude or ChatGPT send email on my behalf?

Only under the same approval rules as the dashboard. A send goes out when you approve its card, or when Settings → Agent → What Needs Your Approval lets that kind of work go out on its own. Your first sequence always waits for your yes, and replies to prospects always wait for your explicit send.

### What can it do?

Read and resolve your review queue, hand Revnu a job, read results by channel, read leads and set their labels, manage the block list, and create or pause recurring workflows. Handing Revnu a job needs the Agent: Message permission when you connect. Until your account's free trial or paid plan has started, only the setup tools work. The full tool list, and which tools send or publish, is at revnu.com/docs/mcp.

### What can't it do?

No tool sends an email you wrote, publishes a post you wrote, or creates leads in bulk. Your AI approves and sends what Revnu drafted, and hands Revnu any list to research in a message. Outbound webhooks cover LinkedIn invites, accepts and replies only; for email replies and everything else, read results, leads or the review queue. Settings, approval rules and connections change only in the dashboard. The full list is at revnu.com/docs/api-cli-mcp-or-chat.

### Is there a CLI?

Yes. npm install -g @revnu/cli gives you the revnu command, with every API route as a subcommand and a local MCP server for hosts that prefer a token over OAuth. npx @revnu/cli setup signs up and sets up a new account from a terminal. Full details: revnu.com/docs/cli.

### My Revnu connector says it needs authentication. How do I reconnect it?

On a first connection that message is normal: every app shows it until you sign in. Sign in from the app. In Claude Code, run /mcp, pick revnu and choose Authenticate. In Cursor, open Cursor Settings, find revnu in the MCP server list and click its login button, or turn it off and on. In Claude or ChatGPT, reconnect the Revnu connector, or remove it and add it again. A connector stops working when its token is revoked in Settings → Developers or goes 90 days unused; connecting again replaces the old token. If the account already holds 20 tokens, revoke one first. If sign-in keeps looping, sign in at revnu.com in the same browser first, then connect again. An error right after you approve usually means the sign-in code expired: it works once and lasts 10 minutes, so start the connection again from the app. Step-by-step: revnu.com/docs/mcp.

### How do I disconnect an app?

Revoke its token in Settings → Developers. Each app you connect gets its own token, so revoking one leaves the others working.
