# Can Revnu Review the Google Ads Campaigns I Already Run?

> Yes. Connect Google Ads and ask which campaigns to scale, keep or cut. What Revnu reads, why it judges your own campaigns on Google's conversions, where the verdict appears, what it can change with your yes, how to make the calls trustworthy on payments, and what it can read on Microsoft and Reddit.

Yes. Connect your Google Ads account, then ask Revnu in chat which campaigns to scale, keep or cut. Revnu reads every campaign in the account, including the ones you built before Revnu, and answers in chat with one call per campaign. Reading never changes anything.

## How do I get Revnu to review my campaigns?

### 1. Connect Google Ads

[Connect Google Ads](/docs/connect-google-ads) from **Connections > Advertise**. You don't need to set up an outcome first. Reviewing what you already run only needs the connection.

### 2. Ask in chat

Ask in your own words. For example:

> Look at my Google Ads campaigns from the last 30 days. Which should I scale, keep or cut, and where is money being wasted? Don't change anything.

### 3. Read the calls

Revnu answers in chat with one call per campaign and the number behind it.

### 4. Say yes to any change you want

If you want Revnu to act on a call, reply yes to the exact change it proposes. Nothing changes until you do.

## What does Revnu read?

Everything Google reports for the account, without changing it:

- Each campaign's spend, impressions, clicks and Google's conversions
- The search terms people actually typed, and the keywords, ad groups and ads behind them
- How often your ads missed out on budget or rank, bid settings, locations and recent account changes

## What does Revnu judge my campaigns on?

On **Google's own conversions**, because for campaigns you built, that's the evidence there is. Each campaign gets one call:

- **Cut**: pause it. The money isn't buying results.
- **Keep**: leave it as it is.
- **Push**: put more money behind it.

Each call names the number it rests on, such as cost per conversion or spend with no conversion, and how sure Revnu is. If your account tracks weak conversions, or none, Revnu says it's less sure, but it still gives a call. "Hold" on every campaign isn't an answer; ask again for one call per campaign.

## Where does the verdict appear?

In chat, as a message. There's no card for the verdict itself.

A card appears in **Review** only when Revnu proposes a change, and it's named after that change. For example, search terms that wasted money go on one card as a table of term, clicks and cost. Revnu also asks in chat for your yes. Your yes in chat is what applies it.

The **Analytics** tab on **Ads** shows only campaigns Revnu runs, not yours.

## What can Revnu change in my campaigns?

Nothing without your yes. When you say yes to a change it showed you, Revnu can, for example:

- Block search terms that wasted money (negative keywords)
- Pause a campaign
- Adjust keywords, ads or bid targets in a campaign you built

Revnu never changes a budget, turns a campaign on, or creates or deletes campaigns in your account through a review.

> **Warning:** Your yes applies the change to your live Google Ads account. If Revnu pauses one of your campaigns, you turn it back on in Google Ads yourself.

> **Note:** A proposed change lasts 15 minutes. If you reply later, Revnu prepares it again and shows you the new version.

## How do I make the calls trustworthy on payments?

Google's conversions are whatever your account counts. If it counts form fills or page visits, the calls rest on those, not on money.

To judge on payments, set up a **Purchase** outcome in **Ads > Revnu Tag**. See [set up outcomes](/docs/set-up-outcomes). With the [Revnu Tag](/docs/revnu-tag) on your site and purchases reported from your server, Revnu can check Google's numbers against payments it saw itself, and it's more sure of its calls.

One more caution. An **attributed** result means the ad came before it. It doesn't prove the ad caused it. Some of those buyers might have come anyway. Revnu says "attributed" when it reports these numbers.

## Can Revnu review my Microsoft or Reddit campaigns too?

Yes, with fewer changes than Google. Connect the account and ask the same question.

- **Microsoft Ads.** Revnu reads every campaign in the account, of every type, including the search terms people typed, keywords with their quality score, ads, places and devices. It answers from Microsoft's numbers. On campaigns you built there it can make two changes when you ask: block wasted search terms (negative keywords, on the whole campaign or one ad group) and raise, lower or exclude bids for people Microsoft matches to a LinkedIn company, industry or job function. Ads still show to everyone else. It does nothing else to them.
- **Reddit Ads.** Revnu reads Reddit's own numbers for every campaign, broken down by community, interest, keyword, placement and country. It can't change campaigns you built there.

Microsoft's and Reddit's conversion counts aren't the same as the outcomes Revnu counts itself. Revnu keeps them apart when it reports.

Meta campaigns you built yourself can only be read for [pilot accounts](/docs/meta-ads).

## Frequently asked questions

### Can Revnu analyse the Google Ads campaigns I already run?

Yes. Connect Google Ads and ask which campaigns to scale, keep or cut. Revnu reads every campaign, including ones you built, and gives one call per campaign in chat.

### Does reviewing my campaigns change anything?

No. Reading is read-only. A change, such as blocking search terms or pausing a campaign, happens only after you say yes to the exact change Revnu shows you.

### Why is there no Review card for the verdict?

The verdict is a chat message. A Review card appears only when Revnu proposes a change, named after that change.

### What does Revnu judge my own campaigns on?

Google's own conversions. To judge on payments, set up a Purchase outcome in Ads, Revnu Tag.

### Can Revnu change the budget of a campaign I built?

A review can pause one of your campaigns once you say yes, and you turn it back on in Google Ads. Budgets on campaigns you built stay in your hands.

### Do I need to set up an outcome before Revnu can review my campaigns?

No. Reviewing only needs the Google Ads connection. An outcome makes the calls more certain, and it's needed before Revnu launches campaigns of its own.

### Can Revnu review my Microsoft and Reddit campaigns?

Yes. Revnu reads them and answers from those platforms' numbers, and leaves the campaigns you built there exactly as they are.

### What does "attributed" mean in Revnu's ad report?

The ad came before the result, so the result is credited to it. As with any ad report, that shows the ad was in the buyer's path.
