# How Do I Find System Integrators to Partner With?

> A GTM play for Revnu, for robotics, automation and industrial software companies. System integrators already own the plants you want to sell into. Revnu finds integrators in each region, checks what they build and who they partner with, and writes to the owner by email and LinkedIn about a partnership.

Most robots reach a plant through a system integrator. The integrator already has the relationship, the site survey and the trust of the plant manager. Revnu finds the integrators in each region you want to cover, checks what they build and which brands they already carry, and writes to each owner about what a partnership would earn them.

## Why it works

An integrator's business is projects. A new product line that wins them more projects, with training and leads from you, is a revenue offer, not a sales pitch. Integrators that already carry a competing brand know the category, and the ones that carry a complementary brand have customers who need you.

## How to run it

1. **Describe your partner.** Name the work they should do, such as "palletizing and end-of-line cells" or "AMR deployments", the regions and the size you want.
2. **Find the integrators.** Revnu finds integration firms in each region from company records, industry association member lists and the public web.
3. **Check their work.** Revnu reads each firm's site and case studies for the industries they serve and the brands they're certified on, and notes any competitor they carry.
4. **Find the owner.** The owner, president or head of business development, with a verified work email.
5. **Write by email and LinkedIn.** The email names a project from their site, what you'd bring them and an easy first step, such as a demo cell visit. A LinkedIn connection request follows, then a follow-up with the partner terms.
6. **Track the pipeline.** Each integrator is a lead on **Leads**, so you can see who replied and who signed.

## The prompt

> Find system integrators in [regions] that build [kind of cells or deployments] for [industries], with [size] people. Read each one's site and note the industries they serve, the brands they're certified on and any competitor of ours they carry. Find the owner or head of business development and their work email. Write an email about one project on their site and what partnering with us would bring them, then connect on LinkedIn three days later.

Your first sequence waits for your approval in **Review**. Replies come back to your inbox, and Revnu drafts each answer for you to approve.

## Fill the map, region by region

> Show me which of our target regions have no partner yet, and find five integrators in each.

Revnu keeps the list by region on **Leads**, so the gaps are easy to see. Set up a monthly [workflow](https://revnu.com/docs/recurring-work.md) to add newly founded integrators.

## Frequently asked questions

### Should we leave out integrators who carry a competitor?

Not always. They know the category and the buyers. Tell Revnu whether to include them, and it writes to them differently, about what your product adds to what they already sell.

### Can it find integrators through association member lists?

Yes. Many industry associations publish member and certified-integrator directories. Name the directory, or let Revnu find the ones that fit your market.

### Who should the first message go to?

The owner or president at smaller firms. At larger ones, the head of business development or partnerships. Revnu picks by the firm's size.

### Can the same play find distributors or resellers?

Yes. Describe the partner you want, such as "industrial distributors that sell spare parts to food plants", and the steps are the same.
