# Integrations: What Revnu Connects To

> Every tool Revnu connects to and where you connect it, starting with an I want to… table. Plus what it doesn't connect to yet, including CRMs, CSV export, Zapier, PostHog, Mixpanel, Google Analytics and headless CMSs.

Revnu connects to your email, LinkedIn, Slack, iMessage, six ad platforms, Google Search Console, GitHub and a few note-taking tools. Most connect in the dashboard under **Connections**.

It doesn't connect to a CRM, analytics tools such as Google Analytics, PostHog or Mixpanel, Google Drive, Zapier as an app, or a calendar. It doesn't deliver files such as PDFs or spreadsheets. When you need something Revnu can't send, it writes it in chat and you paste it.

## Connect a tool

### 1. Open Connections

Click **Connections** in the dashboard sidebar.

### 2. Find the section

Tools are grouped into **Talk to Revnu**, **Reach People**, **Advertise** and **Learn Your Business**. The tables below say which tool sits where.

### 3. Press Connect and sign in

Press **Connect** on the tool's card and sign in to that tool. You come back to **Connections** when it's done.

## Talk to Revnu

Connect in **Connections > Talk to Revnu**.

| Integration | What Revnu does with it |
|---|---|
| Slack | Answers when you mention @Revnu in a channel you linked, and posts updates there. See [Add Revnu to Slack](/docs/connect-slack). |
| iMessage | Texts with you from Revnu's number. iPhone only. See [Text Revnu on iMessage](/docs/text-revnu). |

The dashboard chat needs no connection. See [Talk to Revnu](/docs/talk-to-revnu).

## Reach people

Connect in **Connections > Reach People**.

![The Reach People section of Connections, with Gmail, Outlook and LinkedIn DMs cards and a Connect button on each](/docs/screens/connections-reach.webp)

| Integration | What Revnu does with it |
|---|---|
| Gmail | Sends the emails you approved from your own inbox, and reads the replies. See [Connect Gmail or Outlook](/docs/connect-email). |
| Outlook or Microsoft 365 | The same as Gmail. Some companies need an IT admin to approve the connection once. |
| LinkedIn (the **LinkedIn DMs** card) | Sends connection requests, messages and InMail as you, paced to protect your account, and reads your replies. Each teammate connects their own. See [Connect LinkedIn](/docs/connect-linkedin). |

Revnu can also buy separate sending inboxes for you, after you approve the cost. See [Sending inboxes](/docs/sending-inboxes).

## Advertise

Connect in **Connections > Advertise**. Spend always waits for your approval and is billed to your own ad account.

![The Advertise section of Connections, with a row for each ad platform; LinkedIn Ads shows as connected with a Disconnect button](/docs/screens/connections-advertise.webp)

| Integration | Notes |
|---|---|
| Google Ads | See [Connect Google Ads](/docs/connect-google-ads). |
| LinkedIn Ads | You need to be an admin of your company's LinkedIn page. See [Connect LinkedIn Ads](/docs/connect-linkedin-ads). |
| X Ads | See [Connect X Ads](/docs/connect-x-ads). |
| Reddit Ads | See [Connect Reddit Ads](/docs/connect-reddit-ads). |
| Microsoft Ads | Search campaigns only. See [Connect Microsoft Ads](/docs/connect-microsoft-ads). |
| TikTok Ads | See [Connect TikTok Ads](/docs/connect-tiktok-ads). |
| Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads | A pilot. The row only shows for accounts on the pilot. See [Meta ads](/docs/meta-ads). |

To count purchases, trial starts and booked calls from your ads, add the Revnu Tag to your site in **Ads > Revnu Tag**. Booked calls from **Cal.com** and **Calendly** come in through a webhook that the setup prompt builds. See [Set up outcomes](/docs/set-up-outcomes).

## Learn your business

Connect in **Connections > Learn Your Business**.

![The Learn Your Business section of Connections, with GitHub, Google Search Console, Notion, Granola and Circleback](/docs/screens/connections-learn.webp)

| Integration | What Revnu does with it |
|---|---|
| Google Search Console | Reads your search data (queries, clicks and rankings) and submits your blog's sitemap. It changes nothing else. See [Connect Google Search Console](/docs/search-console). |
| GitHub | Opens pull requests to your repo, such as blog posts, page copy or site fixes. It never pushes to your main branch. See [Get posts as GitHub pull requests](/docs/github-blog-posts). |
| Notion | Reads the pages you share with it, when it needs them. See [connect Notion](/docs/connect-notion). |
| Granola | Reads your meeting notes and transcripts, when it needs them. |
| Circleback | Reads your meeting notes and transcripts, when it needs them. |

## Publish your blog

Set up in **Visibility > Posts**, and manage in **Visibility > Publishing Settings**.

- **Content API.** Your site reads Revnu's posts with a read-only key, so they render on your own domain. A developer or coding agent sets it up once. This is also the route for a headless CMS such as Sanity, Contentful or Strapi: your site's frontend reads Revnu's posts alongside your CMS content. See [the Content API](/docs/content-api) and [Get Revnu's posts onto your site](/docs/blog-setup-options).
- **Revnu-hosted blog.** Posts publish on a revnu.sh address, with an optional subdomain of your own. See [The hosted blog](/docs/hosted-blog).
- **GitHub pull requests.** Each post arrives as a pull request to your repo.

## For developers

Set up in **Settings > Developers**.

- **API tokens** for the REST API at `https://revnu.com/api/v1`.
- **Inbound webhooks.** Any tool that can send a webhook can wake Revnu with a payload. There are no outbound webhooks.
- **The MCP server** at `https://revnu.com/api/mcp`, for Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps. See revnu.com/mcp.
- **The `revnu` CLI**, installed with `npx @revnu/cli`.

See [Revnu for developers](/docs/developers).

## Other tools

| Tool | What to do instead |
|---|---|
| HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or another CRM | Leads live in **Leads**. A developer can download every lead with [List leads](/docs/leads), or email support@revnu.com for a copy. A developer can also keep the block list in sync with your CRM through [Add to block list](/docs/blocklist-add). |
| Google Analytics (GA4), PostHog, Mixpanel or another analytics tool | Revnu reads results from Search Console, your ad accounts and the Revnu Tag. |
| Zapier or Make as an app | There's no Revnu app in Zapier or Make. A Zap can still send data in with the **Webhooks by Zapier** action, posting JSON to an [inbound webhook](/docs/webhooks). Nothing can pull from Revnu that way, because Revnu sends no outbound webhooks. |
| Writing straight into a headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful, Strapi) | Revnu doesn't write into your CMS. Your site reads posts through the Content API. See [Get Revnu's posts onto your site](/docs/blog-setup-options). |
| Reports delivered as PDF, Excel or CSV files | Revnu writes the report in chat, and you copy it into your own document. The [Results](/docs/results-explained) page and the [API](/docs/developers) have the numbers too. |
| Saving files to Google Drive or Dropbox | Send Revnu files in chat and it reads them. Save them to your drive yourself. |
| Emailing a report or file to someone outside your team | Share the chat text, or add the person to your Slack channel. |
| A HubSpot or other form sending leads in | Not as an app. A form tool that sends webhooks can post to an [inbound webhook](/docs/webhooks). |
| Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar | Replies to prospects carry your booking link. |
| WhatsApp, SMS, email, Microsoft Teams or Discord as a way to talk to Revnu | Use Slack, iMessage or the dashboard chat. |
| WhatsApp messages, SMS or phone calls to prospects | Revnu writes the message or a call script in chat, and you send it or make the call. |
| One-click publishing to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or Wix | Use the Content API, the hosted blog or GitHub. |

## If a connection breaks

A connection that needs attention shows **Needs Reconnect** or **Update Permissions** on its row in **Connections**. Press **Reconnect** on that row, or the button it shows, and sign in again. Nothing you made is lost.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does Revnu integrate with HubSpot or Salesforce?

Revnu keeps your leads, their status and replies in **Leads** in the dashboard, and a developer pulls them into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or another CRM through the Revnu API. See [Push replies into your CRM](/docs/webhooks#push-replies-into-your-crm).

### Can Revnu save files to Google Drive or send me a PDF or spreadsheet?

Revnu writes reports and deliverables right in chat, ready to paste into your own document, Drive folder or spreadsheet, rather than as PDF, Excel or CSV files. You can send Revnu files, such as a lead list or a deck, up to 10 per message.

### Can Revnu send me a list of interested leads every morning?

Yes, in chat or Slack. Ask Revnu to set up a workflow that runs each morning and lists the leads who replied with interest. The list arrives where you talk to Revnu. See [Recurring work](/docs/recurring-work).

### Can Revnu message prospects on WhatsApp, by SMS or by phone?

Revnu reaches prospects by email and LinkedIn. For WhatsApp, a text or a phone call, it writes the message or call script in chat for you to send or use yourself.

### Which ad platforms does Revnu connect to?

Google, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Microsoft and TikTok Ads, which you connect yourself in **Connections > Advertise**. Meta ads are a pilot for a small number of accounts.

### Does Revnu connect to my calendar?

Revnu uses your booking link rather than your calendar. When a prospect wants to meet, Revnu's reply carries your booking link, and you approve the reply before it goes. Bookings from Cal.com or Calendly can be counted as ad results through the Revnu Tag.

### Can I use Revnu with Zapier or my own tools?

Yes. The Webhooks by Zapier action can POST JSON to a Revnu inbound webhook, and so can any tool that sends webhooks. The API lets your own software read your Review queue, leads and results. Data flows into Revnu by webhook and out through the API, which your tools poll.

### Can I export my leads to a CSV?

Through the API: make a token with the leads:read scope in Settings > Developers, and a developer can download every lead. Leads come out through the API rather than an export button.

### Does Revnu connect to PostHog, Mixpanel or Google Analytics?

Revnu reads results from Google Search Console, your ad accounts and the Revnu Tag on your site, rather than from GA4, PostHog or Mixpanel.
