# Get Help From a Person and Report a Bug

> Who to ask for what. Revnu handles questions about the work, and people at support@revnu.com handle your account, billing, refunds, data and bugs. Whether replies to Revnu's emails reach a person, whether you need a call to start, how Managed reaches its growth engineer, and how to report a bug or a bad post.

Ask Revnu about the work: what it did, why, what's next, or to change something. For your account, billing, refunds, your data, bugs, or anything Revnu can't do, email a person at support@revnu.com.

That address is for every plan, and a person replies by email.

## Who handles what?

| You want to | Ask |
|---|---|
| Know what Revnu did, why, or what's next | Revnu, in Slack, iMessage or the dashboard chat |
| Change the work, a setting it can change, or Memory | Revnu, or do it yourself in the dashboard |
| See your plan, trial end date or next charge | Revnu can read them and send you the billing page link. They're also in **Settings > Account** |
| Cancel, or change your card | You, in **Settings > Account**. Revnu can't do either from chat |
| A refund, an invoice question or a billing mistake | support@revnu.com |
| A question about your data, including deleting it | support@revnu.com |
| Report a bug, or something that looks broken | support@revnu.com |
| Something Revnu says it can't do | support@revnu.com |

> **Note:** Revnu can't open a support ticket for you or pass a bug report to the team from chat. Email support@revnu.com yourself. Revnu also can't cancel, refund or change your plan from chat.

## How do I contact support?

- Email support@revnu.com.
- Or, in the dashboard, press your name or email at the bottom of the sidebar and choose **Contact Support**. It opens an email to the same address.
- Or reply to one of the emails Revnu sends you after you sign up, or to a billing email about a failed payment. Replies to those reach Revnu's founders. As with support, there's no set response time.

## Do I need a call to get started?

No. Pro is self-serve: sign up at [revnu.com/sign-up](/sign-up), give Revnu your website, and it starts work as soon as you finish. Calls are for Managed, or for a walkthrough if you want one. If revnu.com/sign-up shows a booking form, book a time and our team sets up your account with you. See [Get started](/docs/get-started).

## How do I reach my growth engineer on Managed?

In your Slack channel with Revnu. Your growth engineer is a person on Revnu's team. They check in there every few days, and you can message them whenever you want something changed. For questions about the work itself, ask Revnu first. It's the one doing it. Without Slack, email support@revnu.com.

## How do I report a bug?

Send an email to support@revnu.com with:

- The email you sign in with and your business name.
- What happened, and what you expected to happen.
- When it happened, with your time zone.
- Where it happened: which dashboard page, or which channel (Slack, iMessage or dashboard chat).
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you have one.

A person replies to that email. Keep the thread going if anything changes.

## Revnu published or sent something it shouldn't have. What do I do?

### 1. Stop it happening again now

Say "pause" in chat. For a post, set **Blog Posts** to **Ask Me First** in **Settings > Agent**. See [Pause or stop everything](/docs/pause-revnu).

### 2. Fix what's out

Ask Revnu to fix the post, or to tell you exactly what it sent and to whom.

### 3. Tell support

Email support@revnu.com with the time it happened and the post's URL, or the topic or recipient of the email. Revnu can't file the report for you from chat, so send it yourself.

## What support comes with each plan?

| | Pro | Managed |
|---|---|---|
| Revnu, for questions about the work | Yes | Yes |
| support@revnu.com for account, billing and bugs | Yes | Yes |
| A set response time | No | No |
| A forward-deployed growth engineer from our team on your account | No | Yes |
| Where you reach a person | support@revnu.com | Your growth engineer in your Slack channel with Revnu, and support@revnu.com |

Both plans cover the same channels. Managed runs on the AI model that did best in Revnu's tests on research and bulk work, has no daily limit and comes with a growth engineer. Pro is from $99 a month. Managed is quoted: [book a call](/book). See [Pro vs Managed](/docs/plans).
