# Come Back After Cancelling > How to restart Pro on the same account, why a restart after a cancelled trial charges at once, what starts again on its own, what is still there, what you need to connect again, why there's no billing pause, and how to take a break by cancelling and restarting. Your leads, Memory, sequences and posts are still there, and Revnu picks up where it stopped. > **Note:** Restarting charges the first month straight away, even if you cancelled partway through a free trial. After a break of more than about a week, you also need to connect your email and LinkedIn again. ## How do I restart Pro? ### 1. Sign in with the same email Sign in at revnu.com with the email you used before. A new email starts a new account with none of your history. ### 2. Find the banner On the dashboard, a banner says **Revnu is paused** and "Your Pro plan has ended" (or "Your free trial has ended"). In **Settings > Account** it says "Your Pro plan isn't active, so Revnu is paused". ### 3. Press Restart Pro After a trial, the button says **Start Pro** instead. ### 4. Pay on the Stripe page You come back to the dashboard and Revnu starts again. Each customer gets one free trial, so restarting charges the first month at once. **Cancelled during your free trial?** The trial isn't reopened. Once a trial has started, it counts as used, so **Restart Pro** (or **Start Pro**) charges the first month that day. **Have an invite link from our team?** It works only on an account that has never paid. Open it while signed in, and the button names the offer, for example **Claim 7 Days Free** or **Claim Your Free Month**. An account that has paid before restarts at the normal price. **I cancelled, but my plan hasn't ended yet** You don't need to restart. Open **Settings > Account** and press **Keep My Plan** on the banner. The cancel is undone and nothing else changes. ## What is still there when I come back? - Your leads and their history, on the **Leads** page. - Memory: your About file, Product Facts and Never Say. - Your sequences, posts, workflows and approval settings. - Ad campaigns Revnu paused when your plan ended. They're turned back on, as they were, when you pay. Campaigns you paused yourself stay paused. - Your Slack channel and iMessage. Billing doesn't disconnect them. > **Tip:** Emails that were queued when Revnu stopped are held, and they go out once you pay. If you'd rather they didn't, say "pause" to Revnu as soon as you're back. It cancels email still waiting to send. See [Pause or stop everything](/docs/pause-revnu). ## What starts again on its own? When the payment goes through, without you doing anything: - Revnu starts working again, including the work it schedules for itself. - Emails and LinkedIn steps that were held go out. - Ad campaigns Revnu paused for billing are turned back on, usually within the hour, with the budgets they had. If you don't want them running, ask Revnu to pause them ("pause all my ads") or pause them in the ad platform. - AI visibility checks and daily updates resume. What waits for you: anything that needs your approval, and anything that was disconnected after a long break (below). ## What do I need to set up again? It depends on how long Revnu was stopped. **Less than about a week:** nothing. Everything is still connected. **More than about a week:** about seven days after Revnu stops, we cancel what we pay for on your behalf and disconnect your outside accounts from Revnu. When you come back: ### 1. Connect your Gmail or Outlook again In **Connections > Reach People**. See [Connect Gmail or Outlook](/docs/connect-email). ### 2. Connect LinkedIn again In the same place. See [Connect LinkedIn](/docs/connect-linkedin). ### 3. Get new sending inboxes if you want them Sending inboxes Revnu bought for you are gone, with their mail. If you want more sending than your own mailbox, Revnu proposes new ones and you approve them. They warm up from the start. No. Revnu has no billing pause. Telling Revnu "pause" cancels queued email and makes new work wait for you, but your plan and billing carry on. To stop paying for a while: 1. Cancel in **Settings > Account**. Revnu keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. See [Cancel your trial or plan](/docs/cancel). 2. Come back when you're ready and press **Restart Pro**. Billing starts again that day. Come back within about a week of the end date and nothing needs reconnecting. Cancel in Settings > Account, keep using Revnu to the end of the month you paid for, then press Restart Pro when you're back, and your data is waiting. Saying "pause" to Revnu stops sending, and billing carries on until you cancel. ### If I come back, is my data still there? Yes. Your leads, Memory, sequences, posts and settings stay on your account. Sign in with the same email and press Restart Pro. ### Do I get another free trial when I restart? Restart Pro picks up straight away on the paid plan, with your leads and history intact, since each customer gets one free trial, including a trial you cancelled partway through. An invite link from our team can give free days or months, but only on an account that has never paid. ### I made a new account instead. Why does it want a card up front? Your website has had a trial before, so a second account for the same site doesn't get a no-card trial. Sign in with your old email instead: your leads and history are on that account. If you need help with two accounts, email support@revnu.com. ### Do I get money back for the days I didn't use? Cancelling stops the next charge, and Revnu keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Fees already billed are kept, except where the law requires a refund. After that, Gmail, Outlook and LinkedIn are disconnected from Revnu, and inboxes Revnu bought are cancelled. Connect them again in Connections > Reach People. ### Will my old ads start again when I restart? Yes. Campaigns Revnu paused when your plan ended are turned back on when you pay, with the budgets they had. Campaigns you paused yourself stay paused. To stop them, ask Revnu to "pause all my ads", or pause them in the ad platform.
