Yes, as one separate Revnu account per client. Each client gets its own account, plan, logins, ad account connections and budget. There's no white label and no console that shows several clients at once.

## How does an agency set Revnu up for clients?

### 1. Sign each client up separately

Give each client its own login. Each account is one business and has its own [Memory](/docs/memory), so one client's facts never leak into another's work. See [Get started with Revnu](/docs/get-started).

### 2. Connect the client's own accounts

Connect their ad accounts, mailboxes and LinkedIn in that client's **Connections**. Each ad platform bills the client's own ad account directly. Revnu never handles ad spend. See [ad budgets and who pays](/docs/ad-budgets).

### 3. Pay for each account

Each account is its own plan. Pro is from $99 a month per account. There's no published agency or bulk price.

What clients and teams see: emails go from the client's mailbox and blog posts publish on the client's site, but the dashboard and the Slack app carry Revnu's name.

## Which ad channels does each client account cover?

| Channel | What Revnu runs |
|---|---|
| Google Ads | Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen |
| Microsoft Ads | Search campaigns only |
| LinkedIn Ads | Image ads posted as the client's company page |
| X Ads | Image ads, up to five per campaign |
| Reddit Ads | A single-image promoted post |
| TikTok Ads | The client's own video, or a creator's Spark Ads post |
| Meta (Facebook and Instagram) | [Pilot accounts](/docs/meta-ads) only |

Not supported: regional or local ad networks (for example the ones some markets like India have of their own), third-party programmatic exchanges, app-install campaigns, Google Shopping from a product feed, and finished video production. Google campaigns can target any location in Google's own list, India included. More in [how Revnu runs ads](/docs/how-revnu-runs-ads).

## How do budgets, pausing and approvals work per client?

Everything is set per account.

- **One Monthly Ads Budget per client** covers every ad channel for that client. Set it on that client's **Ads** page with **Set Budget**. Revnu splits it across campaigns and pauses all of them before reported spend can pass it. See [ad budgets](/docs/ad-budgets).
- **Spend always waits for a yes.** Launching or resuming a campaign, setting or raising a budget and increasing daily spend always ask first, whatever the settings say.
- **Tests can ask too.** **Ad Tests** in **Settings > Agent** decides whether each new test inside an approved learning budget asks first. On Pro it starts on **Ask Me First**. See [what Revnu asks before it acts](/docs/approvals).
- **Pause any time.** Pause a campaign from **Ads**, or [pause Revnu](/docs/pause-revnu) for that client.

Currencies: each client's budget is in one currency. Revnu converts ad accounts that bill in another currency at the European Central Bank's daily rates, and pauses rather than guess if no rate covers it.

## What's a good first pilot?

Keep it small enough to judge:

### 1. Pick one client

Choose one whose result is easy to count, such as a sign-up, a purchase or a booked call.

### 2. Pick one channel

Google Search suits most clients, because it reaches people already searching.

### 3. Set up an outcome

Set it up in **Ads > Revnu Tag** on the client's site. See [set up outcomes](/docs/set-up-outcomes).

### 4. Approve one learning budget

Give it a total, a daily maximum and a length in days.

### 5. Judge it once it's spent enough

Revnu waits until an ad has spent about twice what one result is worth before it calls it. If a lead is worth £150, that's about £300, or roughly ten days at £30 a day.

> **Tip:** Already running Google Ads for that client? Start by asking Revnu to [review the campaigns you already run](/docs/review-existing-ads). It gives one cut, keep or push call per campaign.

## We run large budgets or many clients. Who do we talk to?

Book a call at [revnu.com/book](/book) about **Managed**. It's priced on a call and comes with a growth engineer from our team. It doesn't add a multi-client console or white label. See [Pro vs Managed](/docs/plans).

Revnu doesn't publish an affiliate, referral or reseller programme.
