# Why Aren't My Ads Running? > Fix ads that aren't running in Revnu. Google's unverified-app screen, no ad account found, ads paused at or near the monthly budget, a campaign waiting for approval, LinkedIn page access, Meta not available, the TikTok minimum, and a missing outcome. Check these three places first, then find your symptom below. ### 1. Check the ad row in Connections Open **Connections > Advertise**. Check the budget card on Ads Open **Ads** and look at the **Monthly Ads Budget** card. Check Review Open **Review**. A new campaign waits there for your approval before it launches. ## I clicked Connect on Google Ads and nothing happened Google showed "Google hasn't verified this app" and the connection never finished. That screen is expected: at the time of writing (October 2026), Google's review of Revnu's Google Ads permission is still pending. Press **Connect** again, choose **Advanced**, then the link to continue to Revnu. See [connect Google Ads](/docs/connect-google-ads). ## Revnu says it can't find an ad account | Platform | What it says | What to do | |---|---|---| | Google | "No advertising account was found for this Google login." | Add the Google user you connected to the ad account in Google Ads, or pick a user who's already on it. Then press **Connect** on the **Google Ads** row in **Connections > Advertise** again. Each connect looks for ad accounts afresh. Shared-in accounts can't be used. See [connect Microsoft Ads](/docs/connect-microsoft-ads) | > **Note:** Revnu can't create ad accounts on any platform. You create them with your own login and card. ## Everything paused at once Reported spend got too close to your **Monthly Ads Budget**, so Revnu paused every campaign. The card on **Ads** says **Paused**. ### 1. Raise the budget if you want to spend more To spend more this month, press **Edit Budget** on the **Monthly Ads Budget** card and raise it. ### 2. Press Resume Ads Press **Resume Ads** on the same card. ### 3. Turn your campaigns back on Approve or resume the campaigns you want running. They stay paused until you do. > **Warning:** A new month doesn't restart them on its own. See [ad budgets](/docs/ad-budgets). **Why did my ads pause right after I launched them?** The daily budgets of your live ads already use up what's left. Revnu keeps room for a day of the extra spend Google, Microsoft and TikTok allow, so four TikTok ads at USD 20 a day need about USD 100 of room. Raise the budget or run fewer ads at once. The worked example is in [ad budgets](/docs/ad-budgets). ## My campaign says it's waiting for approval Revnu builds every campaign paused. Launching, resuming and adding money always wait for your yes. Approve it in **Review** or in chat, or open the campaign on **Ads** and press **Launch Campaign**. Approving a learning budget doesn't launch anything either. On Pro, **Ad Tests** starts on **Ask Me First**, so each new test waits for you too. ## Revnu mentions LinkedIn "image access" or "page access" The person who connected LinkedIn Ads isn't an admin of the company page your ads post as, so Revnu can't upload the ad image or post as the page. Make them a page admin in LinkedIn, or have a page admin reconnect from the **LinkedIn Ads** row in **Connections > Advertise**. See [connect LinkedIn Ads](/docs/connect-linkedin-ads). ## There's no Meta or Facebook option Meta Ads is a pilot, and the row only shows for accounts on the pilot list. There's nothing to turn on. Revnu can write Meta ads for you to launch yourself. See [Meta ads](/docs/meta-ads). ## My TikTok budget is too small TikTok won't serve an ad group below USD 20 a day, and an account in another currency has its own floor that TikTok enforces. If your monthly budget can't cover that, raise it or run fewer TikTok ads at once. Every channel's floor is in [ad budgets](/docs/ad-budgets#what-is-the-smallest-budget-each-channel-will-run). ## Revnu says it needs an outcome before it can launch Ads need to know which result counts. Set up a purchase, trial start or booked call on the **Revnu Tag** tab in **Ads**. Revnu waits for one before it launches a campaign, and Reddit won't even save a draft without it. No developer? [Set up outcomes](/docs/set-up-outcomes) says what works without one. ## Launch was refused because of billing The ad platform doesn't accept the payment method on your ad account yet. Fix billing in the platform itself: Reddit Ads, X Ads Manager or TikTok Ads Manager. Revnu passes on the platform's own wording, and can still build paused drafts meanwhile. Other platforms review too. Revnu passes on any rejection in the platform's words | | Still learning | On a new account, Reddit and TikTok bid for clicks until their Pixel has seen your result. Reported spend for the month, plus room for a day of platform overspend, reached your Monthly Ads Budget. Raise the budget if you want, press Resume Ads, then approve the campaigns you want running again. ### Why did my ads pause minutes after launch? Their daily budgets already use up what's left of your monthly budget, once Revnu keeps room for a day of platform overspend. Raise the monthly budget or run fewer ads at once. ### Is "Google hasn't verified this app" a problem with my account? No. It's Google's review of Revnu's app, not your account. Choose Advanced, then continue to Revnu. ### Why can't Revnu see my ad account? Usually you signed in with a different user than the one on the ad account, or the platform hasn't shared it yet. Each connect page lists the fix for that platform. ### Why don't I see Facebook ads in Revnu? Meta Ads is a pilot for a small list of accounts. Everyone else can connect Google, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Microsoft and TikTok Ads. ### Will Revnu restart my ads next month? Your ads restart when you press Resume Ads and approve them. Ads paused at the budget stay paused until then, so nothing spends until you say so.
